Juniors

Grades 9-12

The junior program is for high school students who are looking to compete in a different kind of sport. As the team is still young, now is the time to join the team! We are still in the developmental stages of the program, meaning that all of the coach's time will be spent teaching you how to row! After attending one of the Learn to Row sessions, any high school student will be able to join the Junior Program for 3 weekly practices. The team will focus on developing skills in rowing, full-body strength, and endurance.  The ultimate goal will be to compete in head races (5k) and sprint races (1.5k) against other teams in the Midwest.
